Note:  My Uncle Bruce Matheny told me he was duck hunting with his brother Keith and Keith's son, Allen.  Bruce had just told Allen to stop tapping the butt of his shotgun on the edge of the boat, when the gun went off, the birdshot catching Allen in the head, killing him instantly.
